Returns Policy

We accept that there will be occasions when items might need to be returned and should this need occur, then please ensure that all items are returned within 21 days of delivery and are unused and in the original packaging.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods, however this charge will be refunded if the return is due to the item being faulty. The refunded amount will be less the original delivery fee.

To return any products to us, please pack the items back in the packaging, enclose the invoice with a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned and sent it to:
