Terms and Conditions

Before placing an order with us, we strongly recommend that you read the following terms and conditions.  Sould you have any queries regarding these conditions then please contact us prior to placing your order by e-mailing us a info@angelsattic.co.uk.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and by placing an order with us you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Payment/Taxes

Prices and availabiltiy of goods are subject to change without notice.  As our system is linked to a currency convertor, prices can be changed to show the sterling equivilant in either Euros, American Dollars or Canadian Dollars based on the current rate of exchange.  However, these prices are purely indicative and all transactions and invoices will be in £ Sterling only.  We accept payment by the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Switch.  Where appropriate, prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate of 17.5%.  If  the order is made from a country outside the European Community then the sales tax will automatically be deducted at the end of your order.  There is no VAT on childrens clothing. *Your goods may be subject to import duty at the port of destination which is payable by you.

Non EU Countries                  -             charged according to cost (see delivery details for example of cost)

USA/Canada                          -             charged according to cost (see delivery details for example of cost)

Rest of World                         -             charged according to cost(see delivery details for example of cost)

A signature will be required for all deliveries

Returns

We accept that there will be occasions when items might need to be returned and should this need occur then please ensure that all items are returned within 21 days of delivery and are unused and in the original packaging.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods, however this charge will be refunded if the return is due to the item being faulty. The refunded amount will be less the original delivery fee. To return any products to us, please pack the items back in the packaging, enclose the invoice with a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned and sent it to:

We will only issue a refund once the item has been received back and we therefore strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order anytime prior to despatch.  However, please note that most orders, if in stock, will be packed and despatched the following day. If you do cancel prior to despatch then all orders will be refunded in full.  To cancel your order please ring us immediately on: 0870 240 071 quoting your order number or e-mail us at sales@angelsattic.co.uk.

Liability

We exclude to the fullest extent permitted by UK law and save in respect of death or personal injury arising from our negligence, all liability of any claims, losses, demands or damages arising directly or indirectly out of, or in any way connected with your use of the Angels Attic website.

Whilst we try to ensure that the descriptions and images of all our products are correct, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the computer software used by you.

Angels Attic will not be held responsible nor liable for your use of other websites accessed via links within our website.  Their inclusion in this website is merely for convenience and does not constitute an endorsement by or association with Angels Attic.

Security

All orders placed via our website are protected by our secure server software.  To minimise the risk of interception by a third party all informationn provided by you is encrypted by our secure server software.  We always act in full compliance with the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that all your information is protected from unauthorised access.  We will not disclose any of your personal details to any third party however, we reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials.

Required Information

When placing an order with Angels Attic we will require your name, e-mail address and credit/debit card details and telephone number(should there be a problem with your order).  Without this information we will be unable to process your order.

Subject to your consent, we may also use this information to advise you of any new products or offers available with Angels Attic.  If requested, we will provide you with full details of any personal information we have about you.

Consent

Your use of this website signifies your consent to the use of your personal information to enable us to process and administer your order.
